If you are having problems with your computer, give me a call. I will analyze the problem and advise you of the best course of action.
Don't forget - I come to you! I am experienced at fixing problems on site, with minimum inconvenience to you. In most cases, I can have you up and running the same day.
If you require a replacement part, I will either source it for you, or tell you the best place to buy it. I do not have a vested interest in selling you spares or new computers, so you can be sure that you are receiving the best possible service.

Upgrades and Maintenance
If you are considering upgrading your computer, talk to George Kellerbauer first. I will be able to guide you to make the best decision. I don't sell computers, so I will only recommend you buy a new computer if I think it's the best option for you.
Depending on the age of your computer, a new graphics card and more memory can make a big difference.
Regular maintenance on your PC can keep it in optimum condition. If you don't already know how, I will show you how to schedule regular maintenance tasks and check for updates.
Anti-virus software is an essential, but you must keep the virus definitions updated. New viruses are being discovered every day and your software must be regularly updated.
Did you know that there are many options for free software available to home users? Call me for advice.
Web Design
One of the major problems I encounter is customers who say their website is being designed, but they don't see the results.
A website is not like the printed page. The content of a website can be changed and updated at any time - but it has to be on the web to generate sales, not spend six months 'in development'.
Although I believe that simplicity is the key to a successful website, I can offer more complex web sites, including shockwave navigation and animation.
